Why intimate items are treated differently

For health and hygiene protection, intimate products are sold sealed. UK consumer law recognises that sealed goods which aren't suitable for return once opened, for health or hygiene reasons, are an exception to the usual 14-day change-of-mind right. That protects every customer: no intimate item that has been unsealed is ever resold.

What this means for you

• Sealed & unopened: you can return it within 14 days under our normal returns policy.
• Unsealed or used: toys, lubricants and similar intimate products can't be returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty.
• Faulty items: always covered. If something is defective, we'll replace or refund it regardless of whether it's been opened.

Lingerie

Lingerie can be returned if it is unworn, with tags and any hygiene strip intact. Please try items on over your own underwear. Once the hygiene strip is removed, the item can no longer be returned for hygiene reasons.

How we keep things safe

• All intimate products are sealed and dispatched brand-new, never returned stock.
• We stock body-safe materials and include care guidance; a toy cleaner is available in Essentials.
• Everything ships in plain, unbranded packaging.
