To help us sort things quickly, please include your order number (in your confirmation email) and a short description of what you need.

Your privacy when you contact us

• Our replies come from a neutral sender name. Nothing in the subject line or address reveals what you ordered.
• We only use your details to handle your enquiry. We don't add you to marketing, and we never share your information to advertise to you.
• We will never ask for your full card number, PIN or passwords by email or phone. Payments are only ever taken through secure checkout.
