Terms of Sale

1. About us and these terms

iShop is preparing to open. Our full company name, registered address and company number will be published here before sales open.

These terms apply to every order placed on shop.ifantasyx.com. Contact us at shop@ifantasyx.com. iShop is not yet taking orders: these terms apply from the day sales open.

2. Age-restricted products

Products in our Play section are sold only to adults aged 18 and over. By ordering one you confirm you are 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age before dispatch.

3. Your order and our contract

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong; if we do, we will refund anything you have paid in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you select and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. Professional prices are available only to verified professional accounts.

5. Offers

New customers who join our list receive 10% off their first order. One use per customer, cannot be combined with other offers or used on gift cards, and has no cash value.

6. Delivery

• UK standard delivery: £3.49, 2 to 4 working days.
• UK express delivery: £5.99, next working day when ordered before 1pm.
• Ireland and the United States: shown at checkout.

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral sender name. If your order is late or lost, contact us and we will put it right. Orders to Ireland or the United States may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility unless we say otherwise at checkout.

7. Changing your mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it for any reason, and we go further: you can return unworn clothing, accessories and gifts in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Tell us by email, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or wrong. We refund within 14 days of receiving the items back, to your original payment method. If you return a whole order within 14 days of receiving it, we also refund standard delivery.

8. Hygiene

For health and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed intimate products, condoms, lubricants, beauty, fragrance and grooming products once their seal has been broken. Unopened, sealed items can be returned as in section 7. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

9. Faulty or wrong items

Your legal rights are not affected by these terms. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or after that for a repair, replacement or refund. We pay return postage for faulty or wrong items.

10. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase, can be spent across iShop in pounds sterling, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

12. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will tell you as soon as we can and you may cancel and receive a full refund.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly by email.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
