Unworn clothing, accessories and gifts in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

For hygiene reasons, intimate products, condoms, lubricants, beauty, fragrance and grooming products can only be returned if they are unopened and still sealed. Faulty items are always covered.
